Maltaestate.com was set up in July 2007 by David Farrugia and Alex Farrugia. The objective is to carry out property selling online, yet in a very direct manner. This is possible due to the flexibility offered by a very young and small team which enables us to have a very good relationship with both the property buyer and the seller thus helping us to better understand their needs.
